About Me

Yi-Wen is a recording and mixing engineer from New Zealand based in New York City. He also releases original music under the moniker Tidy Kivvi.

His background ranges from music performance and composition on multiple instruments at a young age to engineering, mixing and mastering records, podcasts and concerts in more recent years. He has also worked in live sound, A/V and multimedia making use of his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Systems from the University of Melbourne and his Master’s degree in Music Technology from New York University.
