Alex Koo and Attila Gyárfás are incredibly talented young jazz musicians and many of the tracks on this album were entirely improvised during the tracking session. Despite only being a duo, Galactic Liturgy sounds a lot bigger than it is due to Alex switching between synth and piano and Attila’s wide array of cymbals, percussion and live processing. This album is a wonderful journey through multiple styles and genres and I am excited to finally share it with the world.
